The Lagree method is a multi-faceted workout that combines both resistance training and cardio into one. It’s an all-inclusive balanced system to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body all in 40 minutes.

Group Strength Class

Group strength is a 50 minute full body workout. Each workout will include a variation of the big six movements.


The big six include a squat, hinge, push, pull, rotation, and glute movement. This program is designed to enhance muscular strength, improve functional fitness, and sculpt a strong physique while in a group setting.


In this program, you will see some power cardio mixed in to keep the heart rate elevated throughout! This workout is for any fitness level as we can modify or challenge based on individual needs.
